El embalaje deber\u00e1 garantizar que el producto, incluida su caja, llegue en \u00f3ptimas condiciones. Cualquier da\u00f1o ocasionado durante el transporte ser\u00e1 responsabilidad del comprador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nota: El valor del domicilio siempre ser\u00e1 asumido por el comprador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Garant\u00eda<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para hacer efectiva la garant\u00eda, el cliente deber\u00e1 comunicarse de manera inmediata a trav\u00e9s de nuestro correo corporativo, describiendo la falla del producto y adjuntando evidencia fotogr\u00e1fica dentro de las 24 horas posteriores de recibir el producto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udce7 Correo electr\u00f3nico: <\/span><a href=\"mailto:info@jairoperfumes.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">info@jairoperfumes.com<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La garant\u00eda no aplica en los siguientes casos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mal uso del producto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ca\u00eddas, rupturas o golpes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da\u00f1os ocasionados por terceros.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La garant\u00eda no otorga derecho de retracto fuera del t\u00e9rmino establecido por la ley colombiana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La recepci\u00f3n del producto para revisi\u00f3n no implica la aceptaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de la garant\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante el proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n se verificar\u00e1 que el producto se encuentre en excelente estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En caso de que el producto sea reemplazado una (1) vez y el inconveniente persista, se podr\u00e1 llegar a un acuerdo con el cliente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reembolsos:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* Plazo: Una vez recibamos y verifiquemos el producto devuelto, procesaremos tu reembolso dentro de los treinta (30) d\u00edas calendario siguientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* Forma de reembolso: El reembolso se realizar\u00e1 por el medio de pago de preferencia del cliente (Se hace la solicitud por el correo <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">info@jairoperfumes.com<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* Excepciones: No se aceptar\u00e1n devoluciones ni se realizar\u00e1n reembolsos de productos abiertos,usados o manipulados, excepto si presentan defectos de f\u00e1brica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los productos en promoci\u00f3n o con descuento, de nuestra secci\u00f3n de OFERTAS no tienen cambio bajo ninguna circunstancia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a sample page.
